By inviting and using Eeveebot, you automatically accept our Terms of Service!

Eeveebot ("us", "we", or "our") operates the eeveebot.xyz website and the Eeveebot Discord application (the "Service" or "bot").

This agreement is entered into by us and the entity or individual accepting these terms (the "Customer," "You," or "Your"), governing access to and use of the Service.

Usage Agreement

By inviting the bot (Service) and using its features (commands) are You agreeing to the below mentioned Terms and Privacy Policy (Policy) of the Service.

You acknowledge that You have the privilege to use the Service freely on any Discord Server (Server) You share with it, that You can invite it to any Server that You have “Manage Server” rights for and that this priviledge might get revoked for You, if You’re subject of breaking the terms and/or policy of this Service, or the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and/or Community Guidelines of Discord Inc.

Through Inviting the Service may it collect specific data as described in its Policy. The intended usage of this data is for core functionalities of the Service such as command handling.

Acceptable Use

The Service may only be used within the scope of what it is provided for, under these Terms and applicable law. Users are solely responsible for making sure that their use of the Service violates no law, regulations, or third-party rights. Therefore, we reserve the right to take any appropriate measure to protect legitimate interests of the Service including denying Users access to the Service or reporting any misconduct preformed through the Service to applicable authorities at our sole discretion.

Service Availability and Quality

Your use of the Service is at Your sole risk. We provide this Service on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not offer service-level agreements for most of our Service yet — but do take uptime of our application seriously.

Intended Age

Users using the Service, or participating in the use of the age-restricted (NSFW) commands, are required, and expected, to be legal adult as defined by United States law (18 years of age or older). It is the responsibility of the end user, and of the administrators of servers using the Service, to ensure that users are of age to use the Service and to partake in activities that may lead to the sharing of adult content or adult-rated conversations. We are not responsible for any potential underage use of the NSFW commands.

If You are a parent or legal guardian allowing Your teenager to use the Service, these terms also apply to You, and You are responsible for Your teenager’s activity.

Limitations

In no event shall we be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Service, even if us authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to You.

Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on the Service could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. We may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However we do not make any commitment to update the materials.

Affiliation

The Service is not affiliated with, supported or made by Discord Inc. Any direct connection to Discord or any of its Trademark objects is purely coincidental. We do not claim to have the copyright ownership of any of Discord’s assets, trademarks or other intellectual property.

Liability

The owner or developers of the Service may not be made liable for individuals breaking these Terms at any given time. They have faith in the end users being truthful about their information and not misusing this Service or The Services of Discord Inc in a malicious way.

Modifications

We may revise these terms of service or our privacy policy for the Service at any time without notice. By using the Service You are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service and privacy policy. You may opt out by Removing the Service from any Server You have the rights for.
