Usage of Data
The bot may use collected data, as defined below, for different features including but not limited to: command handling. No usage of data outside of the aformentioned cases will happen and the data will not be shared with any third-party site or service, except for the necessary storage and processing provided by MongoDB for our database.
Collected Information
The bot may collect the following information automatically when using commands:

AI Chatting
Stores:

User Restrictions (warnings/bans)
This includes AI image generation restrictions as they are connected.
Please be advised that in instances where there is an attempt to generate content that is deemed illegal or morally inappropriate, restrictions may be imposed on the concerned account. It is important to note that each instance of such violation is recorded, capturing both the User ID and specific details pertaining to the violation. Note that restrictions are NOT automatically removed over time and can NOT be cleared!
However, there is a possibility for these restrictions to be reviewed for removal, depending on the time that has elapsed since the restriction was placed, as well as the severity of the violation.
Autoposting
Stores:

Manual data removal: /autopost <type> disable
Confessions
Stores:
idwith the User's ID as value.idwith the Server’s ID as value.confessionwith the confession as value.
Manual data removal: Does not exist.
User Restrictions (bans)
Please be advised that in instances where there is a server moderator that bans you from posting confessions, restrictions will be imposed on the concerned account in that specific server. It is important to note that each instance of such violation is recorded, capturing both the User ID, Server Id, Moderator's User ID and the confession itself. Note that restrictions are NOT automatically removed over time and can NOT be cleared!
However, there is a possibility for these restrictions to be reviewed for removal, depending on the time that has elapsed since the restriction was placed, as well as the severity of the content.
Opting in to NSFW interactions

Automatic removal
Remove data from a Server
Stored Data can be removed automatically through means of removing the bot from a Server. This can be achieved by either kicking or banning the bot from the server. When you remove the bot from a Server, all stored data from that server will be removed.
Remove data from a User
Stored Data can be removed automatically through means of leaving a server. When you leave a server, all your stored data in that server will be removed.
Manual removal
Manual data removal is explained in each category that stores your data. You may also request removal of your data in the support server.
Technical limitations
The automatic removal of data has certain limitations that we cannot fix or avoid. Limitations include, but aren't limited to, downtime of the bot due to maintenance or technical issues at our hosting provider or Discord Inc.
In such events you can run a Manual removal of your data.
