Eeveebot ("us", "we", or "our") operates the eeveebot.xyz website and the Eeveebot Discord application (the "Service" or "bot").

Usage of Data

The Service may use collected data, as defined below, for different features including but not limited to: command handling. No usage of data outside of the aformentioned cases will happen and the data will not be shared with any third-party site or service, except for the necessary storage and processing provided by MongoDB for our database.

• We care about privacy. We understand the importance of privacy. We are committed to transparency of our policies.

• We don't sell data. Our Service is sustained through our premium subscription service. You aren't the product.

• We only store what's needed. All data stored is what's required for the Service to function.

Collected Information

The bot may collect the following information automatically when using commands:

• id with the User’s ID as value.

• username with the User’s username as value.

• displayName with the User’s global name / displayed name as value.

• avatar with the User’s avatar as value.

No other information outside of the above mentioned one will be collected.

Stored Data

We take your privacy very seriously. Only the following features stores your information:

AI Chatting

Stores:

• id with the User's ID as value.

• username with the User’s username as value.

• displayName with the User’s global name / displayed name as value.

• id with the Channel’s ID as value.

• content with the Message's Content as value.

Manual data removal: /ai clear

AI characters are not removed automatically. Run: /ai character delete and type "all".

User Restrictions (warnings/bans) & Usage

This includes AI image generation restrictions as they are connected.

Please be advised that in instances where there is an attempt to generate content that is deemed illegal or morally inappropriate, restrictions may be imposed on the concerned account. It is important to note that each instance of such violation is recorded, capturing both the User ID and specific details pertaining to the violation. Note that restrictions are NOT automatically removed over time and can NOT be cleared!

However, there is a possibility for these restrictions to be reviewed for removal, depending on the time that has elapsed since the restriction was placed, as well as the severity of the violation.

Additionally, please be aware that your monthly usage is stored and will be deleted automatically every 2nd day of each month.

Autoposting

Stores:

• id with the User's ID as value.

• id with the Server’s ID as value.

• id with the Channel’s ID as value.

Manual data removal: /autopost <type> disable

Confessions

Stores:

• id with the User's ID as value.

• id with the Server’s ID as value.

• confession with the confession as value.

Manual data removal: May be requested in the support server.

User Restrictions (bans)

Please be advised that in instances where there is a server moderator that bans you from posting confessions, restrictions will be imposed on the concerned account in that specific server. It is important to note that each instance of such violation is recorded, capturing both the User ID, Server Id, Moderator's User ID and the confession itself. Note that restrictions are NOT automatically removed over time and can NOT be cleared!

However, there is a possibility for these restrictions to be reviewed for removal, depending on the time that has elapsed since the restriction was placed, as well as the severity of the content.

Opting in for NSFW roleplay

Stores:

• id with the User’s ID as value.

• id with the Server’s ID as value.

Manual data removal: /opt out

Dice Game

Stores:

• id with the Server’s ID as value.

• tasks with the "custom tasks" provided.

The Dice Game will automatically delete your data within a day if no tasks are present.

Upvoting

Stores:

• id with the User’s ID as value.

User IDs are stored for 12 hours when upvoting.

Disclosure Of Data

We care about your data. Data is not shared with third parties other than the service listed below:

• MongoDB. MongoDB is a powerful, flexible, and scalable NoSQL database service that allows us to efficiently manage and store your data. It provides a robust and secure environment for our data storage needs, ensuring that your information is handled with the utmost care and security.

Data also may be disclosed in the belief that such action is necessary to:

• Comply with a legal obligation

• Protect and defend the rights or property of the Service

• Prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service

• Protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public

• Protect against legal liability

Automatic removal

Remove data from a Server

Stored Data can be removed automatically through means of removing the bot from a Server. This can be achieved by either kicking or banning the bot from the server. When you remove the bot from a Server, all stored data from that server will be removed.

Remove data from a User

Stored Data can be removed automatically through means of leaving a server. When you leave a server, all your stored data in that server will be removed.

Manual removal

Manual data removal is explained in each category that stores your data. You may also request removal of your data in the support server.

Technical limitations

The automatic removal of data has certain limitations that we cannot fix or avoid. Limitations include, but aren't limited to, downtime of the Service due to maintenance or technical issues at our hosting provider or Discord Inc.

In such events you can run a Manual removal of your data.
