Thank you for supporting Eeveebot! We strive to provide the best experience possible for our users. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your subscription, we may offer refunds.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are generally available if your request meets the following conditions, although not guaranteed:
Within 24 Hours of Pledge: Refunds are eligible if requested within 24 hours of the initial pledge date.
Unused Benefits:
Refunds are not available if any Autoposts are active. (You may simply disable those.)
Refunds are not available if more than 10 AI credits ("Hearts π") have been used or any AI warnings have been issued.
New Billing Cycle: Refunds are not eligible if a new billing month has started after the initial pledge. ()
Compliance with Terms: Refunds are not eligible if you have violated our Terms of Service, or if you have been banned from the Support Server. Refunds are not guaranteed if you have received any warnings in the Support Server.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please join our Support Server and follow these steps:
Go to Server Guide
Navigate to Support
Create a Premium & Payment Issue ticket and submit the following information:
The email address associated with your Patreon account
The date of your pledge
The reason for your refund request
Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment typically within 3-5 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
